Breakfast was excellent at American ?pickup(was inside the complex),especially since another guest told us to ask about the Breakfast voucher,as it was offered to them(but not us)..&then another staff gave us voucher. This helped compensate for the unexpected increased cost for the room as a parking fee& "resort fee". I had booked online & there had been a fee added by booking.com then....felt burned....never would've spent that much!!!! The spa wasn't working,&we arrived later evening,so we were traveling&did not use pool,although everything was beautiful&comfortable.

Great location in Disney Springs area, wonderful view, pool and atmosphere. Close proximity to Disney. Great heated pool with water fountain for the kids. All of the amenities (pool table, pool bar) were closed due to Covid. Close to Disney attractions, shopping, and restaurants. Had a view of the front of the property with the city view and got a front row seat to all of the spectacular fireworks show on New Years.

The location of this hotel can't be beat for a trip to Disney World. We only had one day at the parks and this was the perfect location at a great price. We hit up Disney Springs the evening we arrived, which was basically right next door to the hotel. And it was just a 10 minute drive to Animal Kingdom the next day.
